The hosts made our anniversary unforgettable, they even surprised us with a bottle of wine in our room. The breakfast? Seriously, I’ve never tasted anything like it, freshly made with the best ingredients, just fantastic.

Sure, it wasn’t exactly cheap, but trust me, well worth it.

I had a wonderful stay, especially enjoyed the delicious homemade jams at breakfast and the stunning views from my room. I would definitely return!

i stayed for 3 nights at a deluxe double room, and it exceeded my expectations. the breakfasts were delicious, featuring homemade jams and an array of options that truly started my day right. gregg and jacqui provided a warm atmosphere and great local insights, making my visit to lynton memorable.

lee house b&b is simply amazin! gregg & jacqui are so friendly and made us feel at home. breakfast was super tasty with lots of options, and the homemade jams were a nice touch. our deluxe double room was spotless n comfy, and we loved the little balcony with the great view. overall, it was a perfect weekend getaway for us as a couple.

only thing was that the parking situation was a bit tight, and the check-in took longer than expected.
